The wife and I just got our SE status. Upon checking in to our next flight, I found that we are not on the upgrade/standby list... not sure what's going on. I'm trying to call an agent and have been on hold for 40 min now! Unfortunately I haven't received my elite status card so I don't know the elite service phone number! Would someone be so kind as to PM me the number? Thanks!!
