Yeah, it might be problematic if they became EMTs and paramedics. They'd ask for ID before performing CPR... and they'd randomly select some people to be shocked even if their hearts are still beating.
Their grasp of "sterile" is a bit of a worry, too. "It's okay,
these germs have had background checks."
