There a 4 others who have already been upgraded.
Should I assume that they met some of the following criteria to have been upgraded before me:
#1 Bought a higher class fare than me
#2 purchased their tickets prior to me
#3 Higher status than my Gold
#4 Combination of the above AND there were only 4 EUA's available so I am not on the list because of the above

Those and you have not checked in for your flight, which you can do at -24 hrs. Once you do (if you had not yet been upgraded) your name will show up on the list. If you do get upgraded before hand, then of course your name will appear at that time.
