Old true story: a concierge in Chicago was approached by a guest and was told that the guest required a bag of eyeballs. The guest was speaking at an ophthalmology conference and wanted to put a handful of eyes in glass bowls at each table in the room. Conference was happening the next day. The concierge struggled and struggled before realizing that the Chicago stockyards would be the perfect answer, as the guest never specified that the eyes be human or glass or fake or whatever.
