A couple weeks ago I was looking for something on co.com and noticed that they had a similar waiver for EWR that night. Even though they aren't advertising it, CO does seem to be getting flexible on that. They are still charging fare difference in most cases though, so not particularly great.

I didn't see that fine print. I have to go check it again. That could mess things up pretty good since pretty much everything has to transit JFK.
