Does anyone else find this mildly disturbing? I personally wouldn't be that thrilled for the hotel to do a google search on me before my stay! I mean, if I wanted something specific for the stay, I would file a request beforehand.

That said, I have stayed at the PH Seoul a few years back. IIRC, I had one paid night and one reward night (eg 2 separate reservations), and when I checked in, the hotel didn't immediately realize I was staying for 2 nights. So either this is something new, or the hotel actually doesn't research all their guests beforehand!
