It doesn't matter who issued the ticket or whose flight number it is. It's operated by AC, so AC is all you need to be concerned with. The real issue there is whether AC contracts with JK ground staff or if they use their own people (I don't know the answer to that). If it's their own people, you have nothing to worry about.
