For those who wondered I took x2 Tylenol PM just before boarding BA182 22.30. I usually take one which helps but does not really make me sleep that good. Two pm's knocked me out and I've never slept that good in a metal tube previously. I was pretty drowsy the entire day after so I guess 1.5 is the ideal...
.... and don't be like the pax on one of my recent long hauls who took Tylenol, mixed it with alcohol and had an unfortunate reaction which completely spaced him out, then knocked him out, leaving him with no recollection of the flight...
