I agree it is time to move on from AA191, especially since I think those people would have known they were in trouble when the plane flipped over on it's back just before hitting the ground, live video or not. But I would say that the US airlines legal departments would say no.

Still, if it was UA, it would be at the Captain's discretion, so, as has been pointed out, there could be piles of new threads on FT. More drama on UA!
