- rose petals on the Heavenly bed arranged into the word “WELCOME”
- wonderful basket of 6 different fruits including a whole watermelon carved with the word “WELCOME” (yes, another welcome!)
- bottled sparkling grape juice served cold (a very champagnesque presentation)
- evening turndown service sent additional bottled water plus a Westin Langkawi’s t-shirt with my name printed on it
- did I mention the amazing infinity pool?
- exemplary friendliness including a proper sending off upon check out

In short, it truly exceeds whatever expectations that I had.
WOW thanks for that. Another couple of weeks till our stay and I was already looking forward to it but it sounds amazing.

So, did you feel welcome?
