I did OLCI on AF, using the AF reservation code (this was back in May). Used the kiosk at JFK to pick up boarding passes (OLCI didn't let me print passes or I didn't have a printer, I don't remember which) and then a quick document check at the desk. In CDG, did OLCI on SQ's website at the arrivals lounge in 2E, then went to Terminal 1 landside and picked up the boarding passes from SQ check in desk.

It's curious that OLCI for AF did not work for some of you. Curious, but not alarming or unusual I think.
