Thanks for the updates broadway boy ... when your nephew finally gets to DPS it would be great to hear who started all of this trouble, AF, DL etc and who ended up fixing this and paying the difference.

If he has names of the people that helped him finally solve this, it would be great if you could get those and PM me to keep in my back pocket. Looks like I am the next one to try this in a little over 2 weeks and my plan now is not to call AF, but to try OLCI the day before and then go into damage control if things don't work, unless the FT experts advise otherwise ...
