It doesn't take much effort to find a good Chinese restaurant, people. If you go to one that has a lot of Chinese people eating in it, chances are that is a pretty decent Chinese restaurant. Stop encouraging/supporting places like PF Chang's which is marginalized, dressed-up, "Chinese" food at best.

I am not a PF Chang's lover really but are you saying unless it meets your expectations then it is rubbish? I mean, a chef does have a right to put their cooking out there and let the customers decide right? I think Mr Chang put together a decent menu and process for most of the country and it is obviously working. Now PF, could do without any of his stuff.
