When you select your seats chose them very far apart from each other.
At check in you might have a slightly hire chance of being upgraded to Business up as it would be near impossible to find 2 seats throughout.
Or if I were the check in agent, absolutly no chance of an upgrade, as you booked the seats yourself - far apart, I would change them for sure, but even further apart and shove the little old lady going home for Christmas for the first time in Business!
