Smallest airport I've been to is Sanday (NDY), on the Sanday - Kirkwall (KOI) route, which would have taken all of about 15 minutes! I say "airport", "airfield" is a more accurate term - although one of the runways did get paved a few years ago, after consistently wet winters made landing a bit of a pain on the grassy runway.
