I thought that this is essentially what you were told at the ATL DO. Didn't Jeff say that each element of the program was under the microscope and for every benefit they gave us, something else had to offset the cost? A top to bottom cost/benefit analysis is how I interpreted that.

Perhaps, but EP may still have upgrade priority over DM, which is all I really need from that level now.

You may be right; but, where are the numbers to back this assertion? Surely you can give any company an ounce of credit for looking at the (proprietary) numbers as they make decisions on what can be given away and what cannot. Do have the same data at your disposal?
