Once I was flying in the far back of the 757, which pulled up to the gate at SEA, to deplane at 2L. Alas, the FA or the person operating the jetway managed to activate the inflatable emergency slide while trying to open the door.
It took quite a while for that to get sorted out, for the jetway to backup away from the plane, and to relocate to 1L. I remember it being the slowest deplaning I have ever experienced. I wonder how long the plane was out of commission in order for the emergency slide to be reinstalled, etc.
