Next time print this and bring it with you, if they still reject it make sure to get the last name and badge ID of everyone involved. Then send a letter to the airports FSD and an online complaint at the TSA website.
I'm all for filing the complaints with TSA. Problem is that very little seems to come of them.

From personal experience the FSD's are in CYA mode at all times.

I believe that is one of the main reasons that TSA is so poorly received by the knowing public.
