In a word, yes.

Happens at UA's SJC station pretty often.

Aegean and KingFisher do it too.

Anyway, in my experience, on 757s, when boarding through the second door, UA FAs are blocking my way into the F cabin. I once stood in front of an FA for a good 20 seconds, before it dawned on him that I was going to sit in F.
