Heck, I would go one step further:
Old F > New F > New C > Old C
I actually like Old F better than New F. Seat goes forward and back independently, whereas new F does not. Old F allows you to exit the seat with table up. New F does not. So long as the old F cushions are in OK shape (not always true!) then the old F is great.
