Obviously regardless of which airline or which ff programme we discuss there will be posts concluding "I'll take my biz elsewhere"etc.
But how many of SAS' passengers will actually do that? I was an employee at a Norwegian governmental organisation and we used to fly biz to another European capital and there was just no way we could e.g. switch "some other airline" although there was a very major one in direct competition with SAS on our route. As far as I recall the state would annually renegotiate the deal with SAS but the one time I dared to ask why there was no alternative to SAS I was quickly tied, gagged and dipped in the freezing cold Oslo Fjord until I swore the earth was flat and that I would never ask questions like that again.
Does anyone have any idea about the % of Scandinaivian ff passengers that have no freedom here and how that number compares to ff's in other countries?
