Just to clarify, Terminal C
inside of security is sparse. Outside of security at Terminal C there are some dining and shopping options, including a Legal Seafoods.
One other option I'll throw out there to spend your three hours, depending on what time of day we're talking, is to hit one of the good restaurants in East Boston, the neighborhood adjacent to the airport. Santarpio's offers some of Boston's best pizza, and Angela's Cafe offers some of Boston's best Mexican food. There also are good Italian and Peruvian options, all within walking distance or a short cab ride away.
