Not to belabor the point, but he told 3 United employees about what was happening as it happened & tried to make a report when he arrived in Nebraska, but the United employees had apparently absconded the jurisdiction.

Sorry, but I'm tired of airlines finding excuses why they shouldn't be responsible for damage caused by their employees' intentional behavior.
