Please keep in mind that I am using the Delta Plat. AMEX Certificate. I am sure that is part of the problem.
Specifically, I can select the flights, then I get the page with the total, and then I get to the page where I enter the passengers and my credit card information... after that page (which, I believe should be the final "check-out" page) is when the "FARE NOT AVAILABLE" comes up.
Any assistance in this manner would greatly help!!
Isn't there a fare restriction on the cert (i.e. must be an L,U,T fare). If so, check the regular search to make sure that you can purchase. I've been seeing SEA fares change rapidly recently. Very often it's H+ fares on anywhere from a 7 day AP to 2-3 months out.
