Hm... Except for the IAD-FRA route, which strangely will be granted immunity after the alliance entry (?). JFK has DL and AA, ORD has AA. DL and AA can start flying to any of these destinations to create competition and can make them work.

YYC and YYZ are a different story, though Chicago-Toronto definitely has competition from AA and Porter.
