Just because you have information at your fingertips doesn't mean it's there for public consumption. If it was, then why would there be confidentiality clauses in employment contracts? Or even values and ethics and stuff like that? Why do companies/organizations put "CONFIDENTIAL", "SECRET", "TOP SECRET", "FOR YOUR EYES ONLY" on documents/computer screens?

By the way, I would note that in the One Way Awards thread, he clearly prefaced it with:

If that's not leaking confidential information, then what is it (even if it's going to be made public in x time)?

We all know that in our day jobs that information is very important and that you usually don't give information away, especially in a public forum because your competitors could see you and outdo you.

Well, frankly, this is no different.

Anyway, that's it for me here. I'm leaving this one alone.
