That reminds me of the time a campus cop ticketed me for a moving violation on my bicycle. She asked "Do you have a driver's license?" I thought for 2 seconds ("She couldn't really require me to show a driver's license for riding a bicycle, could she?"), then I replied "Yes." She didn't press any further, and I never did have to show the license. So I didn't have to worry about collecting points on my driving record.
