My wife and I built a house in Florida last year. The cheapest way to get 'stuff' down there is checked luggage, by far. We bought some huge suitcases and fill them to the limit each time weight wise.

This makes me feel like I'm getting even a bit when we get charged $125 each way for each of our 2 cats when we bring them down for a few months. This is typically more than our tickets and they don't get seats.
