They brought mine up this morning, but when I went out later there were none by the elevator as I have seen what many of you are talking about. I would have been expecting to go down the hall, then having to go down the elevator to the front desk. So every time you check into a different Sheraton you'd have to ask what you need to do to get a paper in the morning or go figure it out yourself inthe morning.
My take is if they don't want to deliver it then no problem, then ask when you check in if you want one delivered. They want to reduce costs (which is fine), but they want to give less, and then make me go find it, or ask for it.
What really got me this morning was when I called down to have it delivered, the response was "I guess".
