the bigger question is how did a GM get a CR1, a tremendous fall from grace/1K in a single year?

Thanks WinecountryUA! Got these from my mum who lives outside the US and UA recently had a promo and dumped in CR1s to foreign MP members. She didn't need it so I graciously accepted them!
