Are you sure about that? Whenever I'm waitlisted on an award ticket, they tell me I'm on a priority waitlist.
I'm not 100%. I wouldn't take an agent's 'name' for the waitlist as a confirmation though, as they aren't usually trying to be specific in wording (they don't expect the customer to be so technical). Doesn't mean I'm correct though, maybe someone can confirm.
