15k points per night will get you a room with Grand Club access (possibly on the same floor although possibly not). The Grand Club basically gives you a continental breakfast - evening appetizers and dessert - and soft drinks all day long - note that there is a charge for alcoholic beverages. The rooms are basically the same as those at 12k points - decent but unremarkable.
Your profile does not say whether or not you are Hyatt Diamond - if you are, just use the 12k points - since you'll most likely get Grand Club access anyways.
