I was on a DL 767 in the exit row and was freezing on my way across the pond even in the aisle seat. On my return (in the same seat) I mentioned that to the FA and she said if I got cold to let her know and she would try to get the temperature adjusted.

Although exits can get cold, it doesn't hurt to tell someone and see if anything can be done.
