• My miles expired, can I get them reinstated?
There are currently two ways to reinstate expired miles. First, members can pay a fee to Reactivate Miles immediately. Second, members can register for a Reengagement Challenge and complete certain requirements within 12 months. After that, be sure to see “How do I keep my miles from expiring?” above!
