Another suitable location I would like to recommend is "Indochine - Bar Savanh" (
www.indochine.de). There is a happy hour from 8-10pm every day for cocktails, which are very good in my view (6 € for every cocktail). The view is also quite nice overlooking the river Elbe and part of the port. On the other hand, they do not serve huge dinners within the bar but rather some light meals.
