Sorry, you're wrong about this. One cannot decline to remove one's shoes merely because they wish to not get their tootsies dirty. They can choose to wear socks or disposable foot covers but the shoes have to come off prior to the WTMD. (Excluding the medical exception, of course.) You are right about not wrestling people for them though.
