Speaking from experience, the chances of getting a comp. breakfast at either on a weekend are slim to none.
Both properties are worn, and at the Eastside your room, even an upgraded one, might have no view other than the building across the way. Also, there is construction going on at the corner just below the front door.
Have you tried the Marquis? If the rates are comparable to the other two, you stand a decent chance of getting free breakfasts, for every morning of your stay by asking nicely at check-in.
