- won't offer power ports
- won't offer first class
- won't serve small markets where 737s are simply too big
- won't take you to Atlanta, Charlotte, JFK, Paris, London or about 260 other cities served by DL+NW and not Southwest ...

Delta had plenty of inconsistencies prior to the acquisition on NW but this added plenty of fleet differences and work practice differences, too.
