The view may be nice but IMHO the hotel is a real honest historically-correct dump (my reference is 5 stays in 5 years for conventions held there, but I moved to the J W Marr for stays 6+)). If one is staying in DC and within 2 blocks of a Metro stop, I would say they are in a very good location. And those "dribks" must really be strong.
