Hi to all from a newbie. This is a two fold question, I am now retired with plenty of time on my hands. My wife and I want to visit NZ and Australia during the September to October timeframe. I have nearly 800K Sky Miles with Delta but they do not have any direct flights to NZ or Aussie.
Question: can I trade any of my miles with a United party to go business class to either as a start. Would like to go LAX-AKL-BNE-LAX

Second question: what is the best routing that we can go if we want to utilize the Delta Sky Miles for two ATW tickets.Appreciate any and all help.
