I highly recommend the Embassy Suites at LBV. The free breakfast, larger rooms, and snacks and drinks in the afternoon make a huge difference.

They also have free bus service to the parks. The only slight drawback is that the property is not within walking distance of much. But other than that, it's great. BTW, ask for a room in the "original" section of the hotel. The newer section is nice, but it backs right up to I-4.
