Checking out of a paid-for suite at the Ritz two days early, with a Park Hyatt car waiting for us out front. Not surprisingly, no one asked why we were leaving two days early, obviously headed to the Park Hyatt.
Very smart, cutting short such a bad stay.

I am dumbfounded as to all aspects of the stay, from the physical property to the service. And to charge $50 for a rollaway in a suite which failed to have the two beds you requested? Incredible.

I hope the Park Hyatt an improvement?
