Posting this from somewhere between ATL and DTW on a DL MD-88, seat 25E. I was bored so I thought I'd fork over the $10 for some Wi-Fi. It's surprisingly fast (as others have previously posted) but still IMO not worth the price they charge. However, it's pretty sad that this connection is so much better than what I get at many hotels with either pay or free "high speed" Internet. If Go Go and DL can get this kind of performance out of a wireless connection while I'm moving at around 500 MPH, there's no excuse for the crappy hotel Internet on the ground with a fully wired connection.
