Bartolotta is so expensive, even for Wynn, that I can't imagine many people are booking cabanas these days.
Last time I was there we got charged $400 for a fish. Granted it was a big fish and quite good (and plucked out of the Mediterranean sea a day prior)...but $400 had me considering eating the eyes, head and tail.
What kind of fish was it?
