I have complained for months. They just don't seem to listen (diamond here).

Despite the site "upgrades", they never seem to upgrade what is important. That is the detail on every item to our accounts.

I repeatedly ask the svc. center why I have to call to get fine detail and they always say it's being worked on so we can see it on the web site. That was almost two years ago.
