Sometimes, CX will be able to assign me exit row seats on AA-marketed & AA-operated flights, but that does not happen very often. However, on a CX-marketed & AA-operated flight, ASR is never possible from CX's side, and AA is generally relunctant to do ASR for me on a flight marketed by CX as they are afraid that they would jeoperdize the PNR and the computer connection between CUPID and Sabre. USAAA always charges me service fee for doing ASR on PNRs booked by CX, and TPEAA, though does not charge fees, is often busy and I often ended up listening to the engaged message for hours.
