The OP has apparently already booked the flights, so leaving more time is no longer an option. The only suggestion I can make at this stage is to try if at all possible not to check any bags (note that Ryanair's hand luggage policies are inconsistently enforced, though enforcement has increased lately). It could then be possible to check in online, and so two major delays would be eliminated from the connection.
