The dinner was 'good' not 'great'. We each had a main lobster with a 6 oz. fillet on the side. Appetizer was fried asparagus with crab meat on top. Desert was creme brulee. Good enough to warrant a repeat, but not great.
Place looks shabby on the outside, but is to standard for fine dining on the inside. The initial seating had me in a chair with my back to a traffic area. This was not to my liking, so I requested we be moved, which they readily did. Might be a cultural thing on my part, being Latino, I don't like my back turned to people or traffic areas.
We had a rain storm here last night. It would be nice if they had valet parking, so we wouldn't have to enter the restaurant soaked. Other patrons came in under the same conditions.
Parking lot too small for the number of patrons.
Drive back to the house was an adventure due to the rain.
