True, but it's bound to happen at some point in time. They can't keep the current patched-together hodgepodge of systems indefinitely. Granted it means having to totally relearn how to do a very significant portion of your job, but probably also means that in the end, CO will have a system that's far more flexible, easier for employees like yourself to learn and use, and more customer friendly.
All this coming from an unbiased source, who doesn't derive his income from training people how to use new
platforms.
