CO is the only carrier with regularly scheduled premium service (seats and service) to HI from the west coast.
DL has just begun offering premium seats on their 744's ATL-HNL, NW flies a A330 with premium seats MSP-HNL and I believe AA offers flights with premium seats from DFW and maybe ORD (their two class 763's).
CO is the only carrier offering the enhanced on board service. BF lite.
